This is an ideal location for hikers and even more contemplative walkers. You'll find what you're looking for once you've passed the forest road hugging the mountainside. If we say "Belvédère d'Aoumède", what could be more telling? Indeed, the gîte's terrace offers exceptional views over the Cauterets valley. The panorama is yours for the duration of your stay, so make the most of it, then set off on your own to discover the trails as soon as you leave the property. This first-floor gîte is well-equipped, with an interesting and functional layout. The spa town of Cauterets is only 10 minutes away, offering a wide range of activities and shops. In winter, located just 12 minutes from Cauterets via the Lys gondola, the Cirque du Lys benefits from exceptional natural snow cover thanks to its ideal exposure to the sun.
