In the center of the village, on the road leading to the Piau ski resort, close to access to the Néouvielle Reserve and even for an escapade to Spain, this authentic 18th-century farmhouse is a precious guardian of the traditions of the Pyrenean valleys, resolutely oriented towards an inner courtyard sheltered from any hustle and bustle, calm and rest are sovereign. Its family history is perpetuated by your desires, your children's laughter, your snacks by the stove or your competitive spirit around the pool table. The owners, local children, will guide your experience of the Aure Valley so that your time is devoted solely to pleasure: hiking, mountain activity partnerships (trapper outings, snowshoeing, ski rentals...).

Adjoining the owners' second home, which is occasionally occupied. First floor: games room with billiard table and table soccer, communicating with duplex bedroom (1 bed 140+ mezzanine attic floor (2 beds 90, max. height approx. 1m80), shower room, separate wc. First floor: living room, dining room/kitchenette, shower room, laundry room, separate wc. 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms (3 x 140cm beds), carpeted landing (with TV + PS3 console), separate wc. Access via a porch from the main village road, enclosed and secure inner courtyard, communal parking lot. Utilities included, ½ stere of wood supplied.
