Upstairs, two cozy attic bedrooms in shimmering colors. Outside, your Kids can play freely in the enclosed grounds. A vacation in the fresh air between the mountains and the Countryside! Just 25 min from St Lary Soulan and 30 min from Loudenvielle, the Holiday cottage is ideally located for all outdoor activities and discovering the region!

Detached house located on the hillside above the village, with no direct views from neighboring properties. On the ground floor: open-concept living area combining a kitchen, dining room, and sitting area with a fireplace insert. 1 bedroom with a 140×190 bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a 140×190 bed that leads to a second bedroom with 2 80×190 beds that can be combined into a single 160×190 bed, and a bathroom with a toilet. Electric heating included; firewood available at an additional cost from the owners. Bed linen provided and beds made on arrival. Baby equipment (crib, high chair, bathtub, playpen) provided. Portable air conditioner and fan in each bedroom.
Outdoors: Enclosed property with a terrace featuring an awning, patio furniture, and a barbecue. Private parking and a covered carport for one vehicle. Located near another “Gîtes de France®” property.
