Perched at 1,200 meters, overlooking the valley and in the heart of the Pyrenees National Park, this Holiday cottage is an invitation to escape, accessible after climbing the mythical laces of the Col du Soulor. A former Mountain barn, a vestige of a pastoral past, Berbeillet has preserved the authenticity of its beautiful beams and solid stone wall, while welcoming a cosy, modern interior. Small, traditional openings, typical of high-altitude dwellings, ensure natural coolness in summer, while in winter, the wood-burning stove envelops you in its warmth after a day of snowy adventures. Outside, an intimate, enclosed space lets you enjoy the breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks in complete peace and quiet. Hiking departures directly from the Holiday cottage - here, nature is just a stone's throw away, and every panorama is a promise of wonder. Whether you're dreaming of a big getaway or just lazing about in the vastness of the mountains, Berbeillet is the ideal setting for unforgettable memories, between the sky and the mountains.

First floor: living room with kitchenette, stove, pantry, bedroom (1 x 140cm bed), shower room, separate toilet. Upstairs, access by staircase to a large mezzanine with 2 single beds (90cm), with access to a bedroom (1 double bed (140cm)). Outdoor space enclosed by high irregular fencing, private parking. Access via an unpaved track (accessible by all types of vehicle) that leads to the gîte. High-altitude barn, ask about exceptional winter conditions. Bed linen and towels provided. Baby kit available on request. 4 folding sun loungers + 2 outdoor recliners. Electric and wood heating (wood available as an option, price per 1/4 stere). Various outdoor and board games. Leisure center located 3 km from the gîte in Arrens-Marsous.
