Just 5 minutes from Luz-saint-Sauveur, at the gateway to the Pyrenees National Park, this area offers a multitude of activities for all mountain enthusiasts, from short hikes to more experienced tours, and winter sports just 20 minutes away at Luz Ardiden... This house, located on the heights of the village, enjoys an exceptional view over the valley. Set into the hillside, it blends in perfectly with the gradient of its surroundings. A shaded terrace area facing the panorama is ideal for outdoor meals. The interior is functional and bright, and a roaring fire will be an excellent comfort after a winter's escapade.

1st floor with staircase access: living room with wood-burning stove, convertible sofa/kitchenette, 1 bedroom (bed 140x190), shower room, separate WC. On 2nd floor under attic (-1m80), one 90x190 bed, 1 extra bed. Ground-floor access from parking lot, laundry and utility room. Electric heating included, wood not supplied (purchased commercially). Access to gîte via sloping road with bend, right-of-way for neighbor at foot of gîte. Unenclosed grounds, private terrace at top of stairs.
