Located on the 1st floor of a house with access by interior staircase. Adjoining another rental on the same floor and unoccupied first floor. The Holiday cottage comprises: dining room/kitchenette/living room, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160*200), 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet. On the first floor, private garden furniture and plancha. Semi-enclosed plot shared with the other rental. Utilities included.
