Villa Saviesa is one of those rare places, steeped in history, memories and emotions, where you immediately feel "at home". Born there, Sophie, the owner, chose to give this Comminge family home a second life. Deeply attached to her family heritage, she and her architect carried out a complete, elegant and inspired renovation, which today sublimates the soul of the place: generous volumes, omnipresent light, modern comfort and old-world charm combine harmoniously thanks to the reuse of family furniture and the use of quality materials. This warm, refined atmosphere is ideal for family reunions or stays with friends, right in the heart of Cazères. Here, everything is within walking distance: shops, markets, walks, restaurants, Cinema. The enclosed landscaped garden invites you to relax, between a large sunny terrace and a covered terrace with summer kitchen and plancha, ideal for prolonging summer evenings. The private heated swimming pool, accessible from Easter to All Saints' Day, is accompanied by an outdoor shower and a pool house with shower and WC. Public parking lot nearby. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking Holiday cottage. Ground floor: office, large living room with fireplace, kitchen/dining room (fireplace), sanitary facilities. The Chambre du Pianiste, accessible to people with reduced mobility, has a private shower room/WC. On the first floor, the staircase divides and distributes 2 wings offering perfectly distributed sleeping areas: - on one side, 3 large double bedrooms, each with private shower room and WC, including the superb Chambre Parentale du Poète with en-suite bathroom - on the other, a gaming and TV room, as well as two connecting bedrooms, also with private shower rooms and WC.
The entire house is equipped with reversible air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi access in all rooms. WITHOUT A CAR: Toulouse - Tarbes train line, Cazères stop, 15 min walk to reach the Holiday cottage (total journey time: 50mn).

Nina18 Charmant et fonctionnel
Super maison, facilement accessible en train depuis Toulouse. Nous sommes venus à pieds depuis la gare, mais il y a aussi un parking derrière la maison.
Commerces du village tout près + charmant marché sous la halle.
Villa fonctionnelle avec lingerie au sous sol, sèche-linge etc.
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la pizzeria et les glaces, juste en face de la maison. On reviendra !

M&M Une maison d'exception, rare à la location
Nous étions plusieurs couples et avons passé un séjour exceptionnel d'une semaine à la Villa Saviesa. Ce qui rend cette maison vraiment unique, c'est qu'elle ne ressemble pas du tout à une location classique : tout a été rénové comme une véritable maison de famille, avec des matériaux haut de gamme mais aussi avec des meubles de différentes époques. C'est rare de trouver un lieu aussi neuf et chaleureux.
Les chambres sont très spacieuses, la literie d'excellente qualité, les salles de bains impeccables, et la climatisation très appréciable.
Les grands espaces de vie permettent de partager de beaux moments ensemble tout en gardant chacun son intimité. Mention spéciale pour la nage à contre-courant dans la piscine qui était bien chauffée, le jardin parfaitement entretenu et les jolies vues de la maison.
La localisation est idéale : commerces et restaurants accessibles à pied, avec aussi une très belle cuisine pour cuisiner sur place. Nous avons également adoré découvrir la région avec des excursions journée et demi-journée aux grottes du Mas-d'Azil et dans les villages de l'Ariège et des Pyrénées.
Merci enfin à Sophie pour son accueil chaleureux et le goût incroyable avec lequel elle a redonné vie à cette magnifique maison. A très bientôt car nous reviendrons !- Cleanliness

Isa Great Villa
The villa was an absolute dream for our family. Sophie's lovingly-restored home is spotless, brand new in every detail, and huge with 6 gorgeous rooms (our kids argued over who got the Painter's room!). Beds are very comfortable. There's an enclosed garden with a pool, so the kids were safe and entertained the whole time. The small port on the nearby river was a nice bonus, and the region is full of surprises. The owner welcomed us very warmly. I'd totally recommend this villa and hope to be back!
