The municipal swimming pool is 300m away, the Via Garona footpath is 0.5km away, and you can enjoy the wake park 4.5km from the gîte.


On the ground floor: entrance, independent kitchen, large living room, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140cm), bathroom, WC with washbasin, storeroom. Upstairs: 2 other bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm), shower room, WC. Electric heating and reversible air conditioning in the living room and upstairs. Wifi internet connection (fibre).
