This former wine storehouse, renovated with respect for original materials, welcomes you not far from Toulouse (36km), on a cereal farm close to the owners' home.
In the heart of the Lauragais region, you'll discover the region's many attractions: Lake, Canal du Midi (cycling, walking, cruises 18km away), bastides... Unenclosed communal garden with private area, covered terrace, garage. Lake de la Thésauque (Swimming, water games), Auterive (adventure park, canoeing) and Nailloux brand village 9km away.

First floor: entrance hall (garage access, washing machine, tumble dryer), kitchen (after a few steps, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, pod and filter coffee makers, kettle, toaster, 3 induction hobs, dishwasher, scraper), 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm double bed) with independent access and its own shower room/WC equipped for people with reduced mobility, separate WC. Lower half-level on a level with the garden: bright living room (fireplace and reversible air-conditioning). Mosquito nets in upstairs bedrooms. For business customers, the Holiday cottage can only be rented for 4 people in winter and 5 people in summer.
