An above-ground swimming pool (4.27m diameter and 1.22m deep) and a large garden are at your disposal, as well as a garage. The petanque court will also make for memorable family moments in this Holiday cottage. A 1970s dwelling belonging to the parents of Patrice and Sylvain, the owners, it will become your home away from home. Thanks to its sober, refined layout and decoration, you'll have all the comforts and facilities you need for an unforgettable stay.

The accommodation's geographical location puts you close (2.7km) to all amenities (restaurants, Market, shops...) in the center of Merville. This charming village also offers you the chance to visit its Château and Labyrinth, an ideal activity for Kids. You can cycle to the Canal de Garonne, 9km away, as well as the Château de Larra, or the famous Halles de Grenade-sur-Garonne (4km away). The Bouconne Forest is 19km away, Toulouse-Blagnac Airport is 16km, Saint-Jory AquaPark is 13.3km, Animaparc is 18.5km and Château de Laréole is 28km.

Holiday cottage on one level, after the 3 steps to the covered terrace: entrance, living room (air-conditioning), dining room, fitted kitchen, utility room, patio, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140*190cm)(2 single beds 90*190cm), shower room/WC and separate WC. The garden is not enclosed. The owners have a vegetable garden on the plot adjoining the Holiday cottage, but have independent access.
