Halfway between Toulouse and Montauban (approx. 35 minutes by car), you'll be ideally placed for your vacation or business trip. Surrounded by fields, you'll have the opportunity to recharge your batteries in the Hauts-Tolosans Countryside. An above-ground swimming pool (4.27m diameter and 1.22m deep) and a large garden are at your disposal, as well as a garage. The petanque court will also make for memorable family moments in this Holiday cottage. A 1970s dwelling belonging to the parents of Patrice and Sylvain, the owners, it will become your home away from home. Thanks to its sober, refined layout and decoration, you'll have all the comforts and facilities you need for an unforgettable stay.
The accommodation's geographical location puts you close (2.7km) to all amenities (restaurants, Market, shops...) in the center of Merville. This charming village also offers you the chance to visit its Château and Labyrinth, an ideal activity for Kids. You can cycle to the Canal de Garonne, 9km away, as well as the Château de Larra, or the famous Halles de Grenade-sur-Garonne (4km away). The Bouconne Forest is 19km away, Toulouse-Blagnac Airport is 16km, Saint-Jory AquaPark is 13.3km, Animaparc is 18.5km and Château de Laréole is 28km.
Holiday cottage on one level, after the 3 steps to the covered terrace: entrance, living room (air-conditioning), dining room, fitted kitchen, utility room, patio, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140*190cm)(2 single beds 90*190cm), shower room/WC and separate WC. The garden is not enclosed. The owners have a vegetable garden on the plot adjoining the Holiday cottage, but have independent access.

Sylviane Carpe Diem a Merville
Très bon accueil des propriétaires, pleins d attentions à notre égard. Le gîte est impeccable. Très propre, lumineux, spacieux, très bien équipé, on y trouve tout ce qui est nécessaire, même les pastilles pour le lave vaisselle, la lessive... La literie est de très bonne qualité. La piscine hors sol permet de se rafraîchir à toute heure et on a vraiment apprécié. Le jardin et la terrasse sont des atouts indéniables. Un petit paradis. Nous reviendrons.

Un gîte propre et fonctionnel, au calme au milieu des champs.
Positionné idéalement pour découvrir le nord ouest de Toulouse : nombreuses randonnées sympathiques à proximité.
Toulouse est à une vingtaine de minutes en voiture.
Le propriétaire est très accueillant et fait en sorte d'être réactif et disponible au moindre problème.

Bareuzet Un gite bien pensé et confortable
Un propriétaire très accueillant et sympathique. Une jolie villa au calme bien aménagée, confortable en lumineuse. Nous y avons passé une excellente semaine et avons profité d'une température clémente, nous avons même pu déjeuner sur la terrasse vendredi, super pour un mois de février. Je recommande ce gîte.
