A hiking trail from the Holiday cottage joins the GR86 Toulouse Luchon. You'll be 4km from Aurignac (Musée de l'Aurignacien, shops, restaurants, beer festival), 11km from the Saint-André Swimming and Fishing Lake, and less than 30mns by car from: Martres-Tolosane earthenware, Bonnefont Abbey, Cardeilhac Arboretum Forest, Montmaurin Archaeological Museum and Gallo-Roman Villa, Save Gorges and Cazères Nautical Base.

Holiday cottage on one level: 2 bedrooms with 3 beds: entrance, large living room with sitting area and sofa bed, separate kitchen opening onto covered terrace. 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160cm)(2 single beds 90cm), bathroom/WC, shower room, WC with washbasin, laundry room with washing machine. Electric heating.

ATTENTION: electricity included. Heating is electric and charged according to current consumption. If you are staying at Picanas during the standard heating period (15/10-15/4), you can opt for an electricity flat rate of €12 per day.
