Located in the small hamlet of Montmajou, close to ski resorts (Superbagnères, Peyragudes, le Mourtis). Numerous activities in the vicinity, ideal for nature lovers. Fishing (in the Pique and Garonne rivers), rafting, canyoning, paragliding, mountain biking. Cycling in the mythical Pyrenean passes (Mente, Portillon, Peyresourdes, Balès). Lake Géry (Swimming, pedal-boating, mini-golf...), equestrian center. Val d'Aran wildlife park (Spain). Adventure park (Cierp-gaud). Visit Bagnères de Luchon with its Thermal baths, Europe's only natural Hammam. All shops within easy reach of Luchon (15min), with a lovely farmers' Market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. Saint Bertrand de Comminges, a medieval town voted one of France's most beautiful villages.

The Holiday cottage is located on the main street of the quiet hamlet, 1km from Cier-de-Luchon. Parking on the square or in the reserved parking lot next to the house. Easy access via a few steps.
- First floor: 2 bedrooms: one with 1 140cm bed, the other with 2 90cm beds, where the thick walls will keep cool in summer. 1 bathroom with walk-in shower. 1 separate toilet with washbasin.
- Upstairs: large, bright living room with sitting area, fireplace and wifi access. Fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, dining room opening onto a large south-facing balcony via large bay windows. Air-conditioning upstairs (reversible).
