This vacation rental for 8 people, semi-detached from the owners' house. 45km south of Toulouse, in the Lauragais region, with a lovely view of the Pyrenees on the south side and boulodrome, welcomes you in an environment conducive to rest and relaxation.
Nailloux is 7km away (lake, brand village, shops, restaurants, market), Auterive is 12km away (accrobranches park, canoeing, tool museum) and the Canal du Midi is 15km away (cycling, walking, boat cruises, UNESCO World Heritage site, Santiago de Compostela pilgrimage route), as is Saverdun (Ariège department).
First floor: large, open-plan living room with kitchenette (3 induction hobs, fridge, pyrolysis oven, microwave, pod and filter coffee maker), utility room (baby chair and cot, raclette machine, fondue machine, crêpe party, beer machine, ice maker), dining room and lounge area. Storeroom, laundry room (tumble dryer, washing machine, freezer), cupboard, bedroom (1 x 160cm double bed) and shower room/WC with disabled access.
Upstairs (reversible air-conditioning in each room): 3 bedrooms (1 x 160cm double bed) (1 x 16cm double bed) (2 x 90cm single beds), shower room, separate WC with washbasin. Large gaming room with board games, table soccer and TV. Private north-facing terrace and garden with Kids' play area: swing and slide, soccer pitch, ping-pong table and charcoal barbecue. Unheated indoor Piscine, shared with the owners, open from May 1 to September 30. Parking in front of Holiday cottage. Internet access. Pets not allowed.
