L'Oustal de la Mane d'Auta is a detached wooden house on a property that also includes a renovated former farmhouse, now occupied by a second gîte and a year-round rental. Parking is available in the courtyard. The gîte is unoverlooked and overlooks the flower-filled garden. The owners live nearby. Garden furniture, loungers and deckchairs available. Pets not allowed.
Ideal for vacations exploring the Toulouse region and the Lauragais, for cyclists touring along the Canal (bike storage available), for business travelers or teleworkers, this gîte has it all!
Just 1km from the center of Ayguesvives, you'll enjoy a calm and relaxing environment, while being close to shops and services. The Canal du Midi (Ayguesvives lock) and its cycle path are 3.2km away (the Sanglier lock is 3.7km), Toulouse is 27km away (a bus runs to Toulouse from the village).
This bright gîte is all on one level (the gîte is designed in a U-shape around its bio-climatic terrace): entrance to the office area and open kitchen, living room in one wing of the U with dining area and lounge (sofa bed). The other wing of the U houses the bedroom (1 double bed 160x200cm) and the shower room/WC. Reversible air-conditioning. Wifi Internet connection (fiber). No smoking.

2/5le porpriétaire nous avait informé que le four ne fonctionait pas, j'avais demandé ci celui-ci serait remplacé pendant notre période de location , je n'ai pas eu de réponse !! mais je pense que celui-ci ne marche pas suite échange avec le propriétaire à notre départ, problème de d'élécticité (cablage), pas d'éclairage au dessus du miroir de la salle de bain,
