Two self-catering cottages for group stays with swimming pool, 12km east of Toulouse

A 200-hectare farm with cereal crops (rapeseed, faba beans, sunflower, soya and alfalfa), natural meadows with horse-breeding and Forest, where everything is geared towards nature and eco-responsibility. The estate, with its many walking trails away from the hustle and bustle of the city, is just 7km from the Toulouse ring road (exit 17) and 12km from Place du Capitole, the historic center of the pink City. You're also 1km from the center of Drémil-Lafage (town hall, post office, shops, etc.) and the Flourens Super U, 2km from the Estolosa golf course and 15km from the Calicéo fitness and wellbeing center.

Holiday cottage "Les Loriots": - Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto the entrance hall, laundry room (washing machine) with WC, large living room (wood-burning stove) - First floor: 2 bedrooms (2 single beds 90*200cm, can be twinned to form 1 double bed 180*200cm)(1 double bed 160*200cm) and shower room/WC.

Holiday cottage "La Muguette": - Ground floor: entrance (90cm extra bed), WC, large living room with integrated kitchen, separated from the sitting area by a large natural wood bar, and dining area. - First floor: 2 bedrooms (3 single beds 90*200cm)(1 double bed 140*200cm) and shower room/WC. At certain times of year, a few harmless insects (bugs and ladybugs) may be present. You can park your car next to the entrance to the Holiday cottage. Each Holiday cottage has a terrace with garden furniture. Access to a covered swimming pool (80m from the Holiday cottage - behind the other cottage and a farm machinery parking area - 12*6m - open July and August) to be shared with the owners. WITHOUT A CAR: you can reach the Holiday cottage from Toulouse, via the Balma-Gramont Metro station (line A), served by bus lines 102, 103 and 106 (journey time 25mins).
