Vacation home. Pets allowed. Enclosed garden. Wifi fiber. This Holiday cottage is housed in former farm buildings that have been renovated to give them a new lease of life. Open spaces, light and brightness characterize the layout, thanks to large windows opening onto the outdoors. Enclosed garden, terrace, covered shelter, parking area. In a hamlet close to the owners' home.

10km from Revel/St-Ferréol and 2km from Lake Lenclas. The owners will be happy to recommend the best cycling routes in the region!

First floor: living room, kitchen with dining area, sitting room, 1 bedroom accessible by a few steps (3 x 90cm single beds), WC, storeroom/laundry room. First floor: landing leading to 1 bedroom (1 x 140cm double bed + 1 x 90cm single bed) and shower room. Electric heating. Hiking and biking on site.

Endroit tranquille et bien équipé

Un gîte spacieux, lumineux et adapté aux chiens, bien équipé, dans un endroit paisible, avec une propriétaire très sympathique.

On peut facilement se rendre en voiture aux endroits intéressants de la région : le Seuil de Narouze et les écluses du Canal du Midi, les marchés de Revel et de Castelnaudary, Saint-Félix-Lauragais, Mirepoix, Fanjeaux, Carcassonne, Albi, Sorèze, le Lac des Cammazes (on se croirait au Canada !)... Depuis le gîte, vous pouvez faire de belles promenades dans les environs immédiats, par exemple au Lac de la Pommarède, au Lac de Lenclas (belle guinguette) ou le long de la Rigole du Canal du Midi.

Petit jardin clos et grand jardin ouvert, mais votre chien devrait pouvoir s'habituer aux chiens curieux mais gentils des voisins. La baignade et les sports nautiques (si le temps le permet) sont possibles à 10' dans le Bassin de Saint Féréol.

Malgré le temps froid pour cette période de l'année, nous avons passé des vacances relaxantes mais actives. Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte !
