Vacation home. Pets allowed. Enclosed garden. Wifi fiber. This Holiday cottage is housed in former farm buildings that have been renovated to give them a new lease of life. Open spaces, light and brightness characterize the layout, thanks to large windows opening onto the outdoors. Enclosed garden, terrace, covered shelter, parking area. In a hamlet close to the owners' home.

10km from Revel/St-Ferréol and 2km from Lake Lenclas. The owners will be happy to recommend the best cycling routes in the region!

First floor: living room, kitchen with dining area, sitting room, 1 bedroom accessible by a few steps (3 x 90cm single beds), WC, storeroom/laundry room. First floor: landing leading to 1 bedroom (1 x 140cm double bed + 1 x 90cm single bed) and shower room. Electric heating. Hiking and biking on site.

    Bonjour,
    Merci pour votre avis, suite à votre séjour dans le Lauragais.
    Nous avons toutefois noté qu'il y avait eu un souci au niveau du ménage. Nous sommes trés attentifs à vos retours dans la mesure où nous sous traitons ces prestations auprès d'une société de service. Vos remarques nous aident à améliorer ces points essentiels.

    séjour à Saint Felix Lauragais

    nous avons choisi ce charmant pied à terre pour découvrir la haute garonne, le tarn et le nord de l'Aude.
    Nous avons été bien accueilli par la propriétaire du gite, qui nous a orienté, très aimablement, sur les évènements et site à visiter dans la région, et nous en profitons pour la remercier.
    le gite est situé en dehors de saint Felix, mais est rapidement accessible dans un environnement calme et reposant. Les axes menant à Revel, Castelnaudary, Toulouse sont assez proche en voiture pour pouvoir accéder à ces villes.
    le séjour s'est bien passé et nous avons pu profiter des différentes prestations disponibles (barbecue, wifi etc.)
    nous avons eu de la chance de ne pas trop souffrir de la chaleur, la période de canicule étant passée. Mais prévoir peut être de petits ventilateurs pour la nuit en cas de forte chaleur.

    Séjour très agréable dans ce gîte bien isolé qui était le bienvenu en période de canicule. Ce gîte est bien équipé et confortable.
