Peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for all. Located in the south-east of Toulouse, in the Countryside (20 min from Toulouse). You'll be able to visit our beautiful Lauragais region with its varied, undulating landscapes, a little Tuscany. In the shade of a large plane tree, in the garden or along the Canal du Midi, come and explore and discover the wealth of our heritage, our historic monuments, the cultural players or simply our nature on foot or by bike.

In the former wine storehouse of a typical Lauragais farm, near the south-east of Toulouse (25km, Canal du Midi 2km away), renovated in pink brick and Garonne pebbles, very pleasant, quiet, a large plane tree makes our accommodation a delight. Our Holiday cottage is attached to our house. Our son has paintball on site (reservation required) and an escape game 5km away. Lac de la Thésauque 15kms and Étang de l'Orme Blanc 20km away (Nautical Base, Swimming, Beach...). Ground floor: fitted kitchen (renovated in March 2022)/dining area, living room, shower room/WC. Second floor: bedroom (1 x 140cm double bed). Mezzanine on the second floor under the eaves, accessed by a ladder (2 single beds 90cm). Electric heating, reversible air-conditioning in bedrooms. Outside: garden, dining area under a huge plane tree. Table tennis. Badminton. Reserved parking. Railroad line 200m away. Tumble dryer available on request. Pets allowed with deposit (250€) TELETRAVAIL: a desk, a comfortable chair and a lamp are provided (near an electrical outlet for plugging in a laptop, extension cord and power strip on request). TRAVELLESS: from the Toulouse-Matabiau train station, you can get to the Holiday cottage, as the Montlaur station is a 5-minute walk away! (Toulouse-Carcassonne train line).
