Magnificent stone facade.
This 2-bedroom, 3-bed house is located 8km from the famous Lac d'Oô hiking trail and 11km from Bagnères-de-Luchon. Numerous activities to discover nearby: thermal baths, skiing (Superbagnères resort), equestrian center, golf, rafting, canyoning, fishing! Spain is 20 minutes away.

A 60m2 single-storey gîte with a 22m2 living area comprising a lounge, dining area and kitchen. An adult bedroom of 8m2 with 1 bed for 2 people 140*190cm and a children's bedroom of 10m2 with 2 beds for 1 person 90*190cm (resplendent view of the mountains from the bedrooms), a shower room with shower cubicle and washbasin, a separate WC. Small terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. Public parking 20 meters away. The owners' second home is above the gîte.

    Vue exceptionnelle. L'endroit est calme et le gîte comporte toutes les commodités nécessaires. Proche des lieux de randonnées et à 20mn de Luchon des commerces.
