On a farm (polyculture) just a stone's throw from the Gers and only 38km from Toulouse, close to Blagnac and Airbus, it's the ideal place for both business and leisure travelers, who will be able to combine the Countryside, villages and typical markets, with the proximity of the City and its cultural activities. The commune of Sainte-Foy-de-Peyrolières has 3 lakes, 1 of which is 2km from the gîte on foot, and the GR86 passes less than a km from the gîte: a dream location for Fishing and Hiking!
The St Lys swimming pool is just 5km away (see photo), the Tépacap accrobranches park and the Ferme du Paradis animal park are 10km away in Rieumes, and Muret (aquatic center, Swimming lake) is 20km away. On site: boulodrome, trampoline, outdoor games for the little ones (3-6 years) and ping pong table (shared by 3 Holiday cottages). Ground floor: entrance, kitchen/dining room, living room, WC.
