Art Deco elegance, the good life, and a getaway in Haute-Garonne… Nestled in the heart of Saint-Élix-le-Château, this Premium holiday cottage for 4 people invites you to enjoy an experience where refinement, wellbeing, and nature come together in perfect harmony. A swimming pool, a landscaped enclosed garden, a shaded terrace, a fitness area, and the “Accueil Vélo” certification make this a true haven of peace, ideal for both a leisure getaway and a business trip.
The holiday cottage is laid out over two levels:
- Ground floor: entryway, living room with kitchenette opening directly onto the private courtyard, restroom.
- Upstairs: a mezzanine converted into a sleeping area (2 single pull-out beds, 80×200 cm, which can be joined together), a bedroom (1 double bed, 160×200 cm), and a bathroom.
From the holiday cottage, set out to discover the most beautiful treasures of southern Haute-Garonne. Stroll through the medieval streets of Rieux-Volvestre, admire the majestic town of Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges, listed among the Most Beautiful Villages of France, or let yourself be charmed by the heritage and pottery of the Cité d’Art de Martres-Tolosane.
Active travelers will enjoy the many cycling routes in the Volvestre region, directly accessible thanks to the “Accueil Vélo” certification, as well as hiking trails offering exceptional views of the Pyrenees and canoe trips down the Garonne River—a unique way to experience nature. For kids, the Gallic village is 5 km away and the Source Wake-Board is 7 km away.
Ideal for a private getaway with friends or family, the two adjoining holiday cottages can accommodate up to 8 people and feature separate entrances, two private parking areas, a private courtyard, a garden, and a shared heated Piscine. The owners live on-site.

Les propriétaires, sympathiques, ont bien aménagé et décoré cet ancien chais. Le jardin est magnifique, avec un coin apéro , une belle piscine etc. Séjour très agréable

Sophie et Stéphane sont des hôtes formidables. Ils sont extrêmement gentils, accueillants et toujours prêts à aider.
Malheureusement, nous avons eu une panne de voiture pendant notre séjour. Dans cette situation stressante, Sophie et Stéphane nous ont apporté une aide précieuse. Ils nous ont permis de prolonger notre séjour lorsque cela était nécessaire et, lorsqu’ils n’avaient plus de disponibilité, ils ont même pris le temps de chercher une autre solution d’hébergement pour nous. Ils ont vraiment fait bien plus que ce que l’on peut attendre d’un hôte, et nous leur en sommes très reconnaissants. Ils ont également un adorable chien, Paco!Leur propriété est magnifique. Les cottages sont charmants, le jardin est superbement entretenu et la piscine est parfaite pour se détendre. Les logements sont également très bien équipés : tout ce dont vous pouvez avoir besoin est à disposition. Que ce soit pour cuisiner ou pour les petits détails du quotidien, rien ne manque. La douche est excellente
Un immense merci pour toute votre aide, votre gentillesse et votre hospitalité pendant notre séjour. Vous avez rendu une situation difficile beaucoup plus agréable. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Wir haben mit unserem Enkel 10 tolle Tage in der super ausgestatteten und sauberen Wohnung verbracht. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Der Pool war absolute Klasse! Wir können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen!

Adeline et Jonathan Vacances au top
Nous avons passés une très bonne semaine. Le gîte est fonctionnel, décoré avec goût et au calme, c'est très apaisant. La piscine est vraiment appréciable et Stéphane et Sophie sont vraiment bienveillant, discret et disponible à la fois. Une adresse à retenir!
