Come and discover or practice the Romana Pilates method in the Pyrène studio at Poujastou. Individual classes on different machines (Reformer, Wunda chair and High Barrel) cost 50€, or group classes (Wall Unit, Small Barrel, Spine Corrector, Magic Circle) cost 25€ (3 participants). Practice lasts one hour with a certified instructor. Reservations on site.
