The spirit of Mr. Saint-Marty is to share the soul of this house, whose walls are able to stand thanks to the work, first of Martine, a former farmer (work in 1920), then of Constant, who bought the land in 1981.
After many years of work, as shown in the photos of the gîte, it opened in 2008. The renovation was carried out using local materials such as stone, brick and wood.
Just 10km from Saint-Félix-Lauragais (Fête de la Cocagne at Easter) and Villefranche-Lauragais (restaurants, shops, cinema, Canal du Midi...), you can also discover Revel (20km), its bastide town, its market and its refreshing Lake Saint-Ferréol. The Occitan tourist triangle is also within easy reach: Toulouse 40km, Carcassonne 65km and Albi 90km.
