Independent gîte, 4 persons, 3 ears, with garden, in the heart of a typical village. Pets not allowed.
Stone village house (on 4 levels) located in the historic heart of Aurignac. A pretty flower garden, with garden furniture, a plancha and two chiliennes will allow you to relax (complementary fridge in the shed). Access to the cottage by the rue des Murs on the first level and by the rue des Nobles on the 3rd level of the house. Stunning views of the rooftops and the Pyrenees from the top floor!
Pets not allowed.
Ground floor: kitchen / dining room, separate WC with storage room. Spiral staircase serving the three upper floors. 1st floor: living room (wood stove). 2nd floor: access to the garden, 1 bedroom (2 beds 1 pers 90) with its bathroom / WC. 3rd floor: 1 bedroom (2 beds 1 pers 90) with its bathroom/WC. Electric heating.

The price includes: electricity up to 8 kWh/day, water, subscriptions, household linen, end of stay cleaning : 50€ (compulsorily billed in the contract)

The price does not include: electricity according to consumption above 8kWh/day (including heating): 1.80€/kWh, wood, sheets (8€/bed/change), towels (9€/person/change)
