An exceptional chalet, built from scratch by its owner, entirely in wood, bathed in light thanks to large bay windows opening onto the peaks, where you can ski or walk right from the door. Here, the Mountain is experienced inside and out, summer and winter, in a warm, authentic and comfortable atmosphere, ideal for unforgettable vacations or a professional stay in the green.
Right from the entrance, the tone is set: the omnipresent wood, meticulous finishes and natural light create a cosy, upscale atmosphere.

The agency has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. On the first floor, a vast living room with integrated kitchen, table and 15 chairs and a sitting area, two welcoming bedrooms (1 double bed 160*200cm each, one with a desk for telecommuting) provide real autonomy, completed by a shower room with WC. Upstairs, two further bedrooms (1 bed 160*200cm and 1 bed 90*200cm)(4 beds 140*190cm) extend the night space, with a second shower room and WC, guaranteeing comfort and privacy for everyone, whether you're with family, friends or a professional group.

The location is a real asset: the Chalet faces the slopes of the Boutx - Le Mourtis ski resort, within easy walking distance. In winter, with skis on, you can enjoy a family resort renowned for its snow conditions and friendly atmosphere. The rest of the year, the Mountain is transformed into a vast playground.
Nearby, there's no shortage of ideas for outings: panoramic Hiking from Le Mourtis, walks in the Forest around Boutx, discovering the Garonne valley and its Pyrenean villages, excursions to Luchon and its thermal baths, relaxing moments at Lake Montréjeau, exploring the mountain bike trails and mythical passes of the Pyrenees, not forgetting the local gastronomy to be savored in the mountain inns.
