This former farmhouse in the Lauragais region includes the owners' home and the two Holiday cottages at l'Alba, which can be rented individually or grouped together on request (the dining rooms are connected from the inside). A private terrace with garden furniture is reserved for each guest. The large, unfenced 2.5-hectare garden is shared by all. There is ample parking at the entrance to the property.

On the first floor, this Holiday cottage has two day rooms linked by 2 steps: a large dining room and a living room with an open kitchen. Under-stair laundry and WC with washbasin. Upstairs: three bedrooms (1 x 160 cm double bed) (2 x 80 cm twin single beds) (2 x 80 cm twin single beds), shower room, separate WC. Electric heating.
