Here you'll find a friendly atmosphere ideal for your vacation, with plenty of activities in the surrounding area: Fishing in the Lèze river 5mns away on foot, canoeing/kayaking in the Ariège river 4km away, Hiking in the Eaunes Forest 5km away, horse riding at the Beaumont-sur-Lèze equestrian center 4km away. You're also in the heart of the South-West to visit historic sites: the village of Rieux-Volvestre is 30mns away by car, the Mas d'Azil cave, the Labouiche underground river, Foix, Carcassonne and Andorra are less than 1 hour away! 90m2 single-storey Holiday cottage: vast 53m2 living room with very large flat-screen TV (DVD player) and sofa (air-conditioned), dining room and kitchen. The kitchen opens onto the terrace (garden and lounge area), where you can enjoy an exceptional view of the Piscine, the Spa (extra charge) and the garden. From the living room, you have access to the Zen bedroom with 2 single beds (80*200cm), which can be twinned to form 1 double bed (160*200cm); to a second bedroom, the Countryside (1 bed for 2 people (160*200cm), also accessible from the Zen bedroom or the shower room; and a shower room (washing machine with dryer). Outside, you can park your vehicle in the courtyard (large closed electric gate), with a small pedestrian gate open, and enjoy a small closed terrace in front of the gîte and a large garden with swimming pool (shared with the owners, another gîte and the 2 Bed and breakfast rooms), lounge and petanque area. The owners have a private terrace above the swimming pool. A top-quality spa is located in a separate room in the Holiday cottage, and is available for 1 or 2-hour sessions on request. Small in-house farm: dog, cat, hens, dwarf rabbits and geese (morning song).
