Ideally located, you're just 8km from the Thésauque and Ganguise lakes, and 12km from the Canal du Midi (bike, boat and foot tours), but also in the heart of the Occitanie region, with Toulouse, Foix and Carcassonne less than 50 minutes away by car!

A little way from the village of Caignac, in the middle of the fields, the building comprises the owners' home and the two Holiday cottages of l'Alba, which can be rented individually or grouped together on request (communicating from the inside in the dining rooms). Each Holiday cottage has its own terrace, equipped with garden furniture, and all can benefit from the 2.5ha of shared, unfenced garden. There is ample parking at the entrance to the property.

This Holiday cottage is on two levels and has been adapted for disabled access. The first floor comprises a large living room with open-plan kitchen, and a PMR bedroom (1 x 160cm double bed) with private shower room/WC. A staircase leads to a mezzanine with two further bedrooms (2 twin 80cm single beds) (2 twin 80cm single beds) and a second shower room/WC. Electric heating.
