This Holiday cottage is located in a small village 5km from Bagnères-de-Luchon (Grand Site de la Région Occitanie, shops, Cinema, Ski, Thermal baths, Golf, paragliding, gliding, Lake) and at the start of 3 ski resorts (Peyragudes 12km - Superbagnères 5km - Bourg d'oueil 10km). One of the best restaurants in the region, El Almacen de Cirés, is 7km away, the Base de loisirs d'Antignac (rafting, canoeing, paintball) is 10km away, as is the start of the famous Lake d'Oô Hiking trail, and Spain is 17km away.

Oil-fired central heating not included. Small appliances available (Senseo, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, raclette, fondue, croque monsieur, crêpes party...).
