In the heart of the old spa town of Labarthe-Rivière, just a few kilometers from Saint-Gaudens, this renovated farmhouse comprises 3 adjoining units: the owners' home and 2 Holiday cottages. Shared parking for the 2 Holiday cottages. Front garden.

First floor: living room, kitchen, laundry room, shower room, WC. Upstairs, staircase leads to large attic room (1 x 140cm double bed) + (2 x 90cm single beds separated by 1/2 partition).
Gas heating to be paid from 1/10 to 31/05. Pets allowed with an additional deposit of 50€. Fête votive last weekend in August: 4 nights with dances and orchestra. Non-smoking Holiday cottage.
