Set amidst the sunflower fields of the Lauragais hills, this renovated former farmhouse offers you a peaceful stay in the heart of nature, just 1km from the pretty hilltop village of Saint-Julia. Ideal for visiting Toulouse (48km), Carcassonne (60km) and Albi (67km), relaxing or having fun at the Saint-Ferréol lake (12km), or discovering the bastide town of Revel and its famous market (10km).

First floor: large living room with kitchenette, dining room and sitting room, 1 bedroom (1 x 140cm double bed), shower room/WC, storeroom. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (2 single beds 120cm) (1 double bed 140cm), bathroom, separate WC. Electric heating. Large unfenced garden, covered terrace, carport.

    Détente à la campagne

    Les gamins ont adoré l'extérieur, il y a énormément de place pour courir,jouer au ballon ect... sans gêner personne.
    Les parents ont bien aimé son emplacement au calme en pleine campagne,loin de la fureur Toulousaine, c'est très reposant et cela nous permet de rayonner tout autour pour visiter des sites divers et variés.
    Accueil très sympathique de la propriétaire,en résumé nous recommandons vivement cette très belle location.

    Séjour excellent

    Ce gite est parfait pour se détendre, retrouver la nature, et partir à l'aventure dans la région. Il y a tellement à faire: promenade, vélo, dégustation culinaire, planche à voile à La Ganguise, ski nautique à Bram, baignade à Saint Ferréol... et durant l'été, le café "le Garage" est un petit trésor.
    Nous reviendrons une troisième fois, c'est promis.

    Très agréable maison

    Une très agréable maison, vaste, très confortable, au calme avec une vue superbe sur les vallons alentours et l'avantage d'une grande terrasse couverte et d'un grand jardin.
