Situated in a cul-de-sac, you'll appreciate the peace and quiet while benefiting from its geographical location, which will enable you to visit Toulouse (Airbus, Museums of aeronautics...), Montauban, Albi, Auch... The Base de loisirs de la Ramée is 8km away: Swimming, pétanque, Fishing, Golf....The Gers department is 7km away! Plaisance-du-Touch Zoo 10 minutes away. Restaurant 400m away.

Single-storey studio: entrance into living room with sleeping area (1 140cm double bed), lounge area, dining area and kitchenette. Shower room with WC. No dishwasher or washing machine.

WITHOUT A CAR: you can reach the center of Toulouse in 45 minutes by Public transport: bus n°55 to Colomiers Centre then TER train to Toulouse Matabiau.
