Experience a gentle, natural interlude in this handcrafted wooden tiny house, nestled in a peaceful setting with a superb view of the Pyrenees. Located in Boudrac, a small village in the Comminges region, this Unusual accommodation is ideal for a getaway for two (and can accommodate up to 2 extra Kids).

Created by the owner and her father, this warm and clever 16.50m² cocoon combines charm and practicality.
The main room (13.50m²) is accessed by 3 steps and features reversible air-conditioning. It includes a fully-equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals, a dining area, a relaxation area with BZ sofa (sleeps 2, 140x190cm) and TV. Two "Cabin"-style mezzanines (1m20 high) accessible by ladders, one of which has no ramp or protection, each offer a 140x190cm bed, for sleeping high and dreaming under the stars, under the full responsibility of the occupants if they choose to spend the night there. A 3m² shower room adjoins the kitchen, with jet shower cubicle, washbasin and sanibroyeur toilet.

For the pleasure of outdoor living, enjoy the terrace opening onto a vast enclosed private plot: garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue and panoramic Mountain views! A separate room houses 2 mountain bikes. Two herb beds invite you to cook delicious meals. Parking is available on site.
The property is bordered by a meadow where the horses of the owners, who live in the immediate vicinity, graze. An unprotected pond adds to the rural charm of the setting.

Boudrac lies in the heart of the Comminges region, at the crossroads of the Haute-Garonne and Hautes-Pyrénées. Hiking, cultural visits and outdoor sports are on offer: horse-riding, hiking and boulodrome in the village 1km away, shops, Piscine and Golf in Lannemezan 12km away, swimming lakes in Montréjeau or St Laurent de Neste...
