Le Clos Saint-Paul consists of 2 Holiday cottages adjoining the owners' home, with a total capacity of 21 people and a shared Piscine! Housed in the outbuildings of a Comminge farmhouse converted into a convent in the 20th century, these Holiday cottages have undergone a contemporary renovation and boast a view of the Pyrenean foothills and the Pic du Cagire.

In the heart of the Comminges-Pyrénées region, you can enjoy a wide range of activities including Hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, cycling on the cols of the Tour de France, water sports, adventure parks, caving, a swimming lake and golf at Montréjeau... You can also visit the famous sites of the Occitanie region, such as the Cathedral of St Bertrand de Comminges, Saint Just de Valcabrere, Saint Lizier... In Aspet, a lively village 3.5km away, you'll find all the shops and regional produce you need, 2 markets on Saturdays and Wednesdays, restaurants and the Tourist Office. The Mourtis ski resort, 30 minutes away, welcomes you for winter and summer sports... Saint-Gaudens and Boussens (SNCF train stations, Garonne River) are 20km away, and Toulouse Blagnac and Ossun Tarbes airports are around 100km away.

- Upstairs: "Coloniale" bedroom (1 x 160cm double bed + 1 x 80cm child's bed), "Nature" bedroom (1 x 160cm double bed + 1 x 90cm single bed), bathroom with shower and bath, separate WC.
- Outside area: private enclosed garden, terrace. Piscine shared (5*10) with the owners and tenants of the second Holiday cottage (beach with sun loungers) open from 10am to 8pm. Reserved parking.
