Close to the main tourist attractions of south-west France: 3km from the Canal du Midi (Hiking, cycling, Fishing, cruising or barge rental), 14km from the Thésauque or Ganguise lakes (Swimming, water games, sailing, walking), 28km from Revel-Saint-Ferréol (one of France's most beautiful detours, superb Market, craftsmen and Lake), 33km from Toulouse, capital of the Haute-Garonne department and Occitanie region, and 68km from the Cité de Carcassonne.
The Holiday cottage owes its name to the first name of the owner's mother, who lived in this part of the family home for over 10 years. Martine has decorated this Holiday cottage with taste and equipped it to perfection.
The accommodation, being on one level (on the first floor of the owner's house), will be easy to access for people with mobility difficulties: 27m2 living room, with attractive kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, 4 induction hobs, table-top oven and raclette machine), dining area and sitting area (sofa, coffee table and large 120cm flat-screen TV), hallway leading to 2 bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds 90x190cm, and the other with 1 double bed 160*200cm (18m2). Each bedroom has its own bathroom with toilet.
Wood heating and WIFI. Baby equipment. Communal enclosed garden with terrace and private area for guests (garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs).
The Holiday cottage can be converted into 1 family bed and breakfast for 4 people.

5/5La propriétaire est très accueillante, amicale et bienveillante. Elle connait très bien sa région lui permettant de conseiller pour des visites pittoresques et caractéristiques du Lauragais non mentionnées par l'office du tourisme. Ses conseils nous ont permis de mieux découvrir cette région et de mieux apprécier notre séjour.

superbe gite et accueil chaleureux
5/5Nous avons de la famille sur Ville Franche et nous sommes heureux d'avoir trouvé le gite de Martine qui sera notre résidence officielle à chacune de nos visites! C'est la deuxième année que nous logeons dans ce gite.
Un accueil chaleureux, un gite très propre et au calme. Martine a même donné des oeufs en chocolat pour Pâques à nos enfants. Merci! Je recommande fortement.
