In the center of the authentic village of Oô, in the heart of the Haute-Garonne Pyrenees, you'll be 4km from the Granges d'Astau, the starting point for the Pic de Perdiguère climb and the Lac d'Oô hike, and less than 15mns by car from the Peyragudes and Luchon-Superbagnères ski resorts. You can also take advantage of the many mountain activities on offer in this region: fishing in the Neste d'Oô river 500m away, water activities (rafting, hydrospeed, canoeing/kayaking) at Antignac 13km away, paragliding, mountain biking and thermal baths from Luchon, as well as a children's playground in the village. Spain is 17km away.

One-storey gîte, vertically adjoining a summer rental only, and adjacent to the owner's house: living room with dining area and sitting area (sofa bed), separate kitchen, bedroom (1 double bed 140*190cm), bathroom, separate WC. Large garden enjoys sunshine most of the day, with space for a car in summer. Public parking on the edge of the garden. Electric heating and first flame lit on arrival, by an insert fireplace. Internet via owner's WIFI. Please note that the bedroom window overlooks the owner's vegetable garden.
