First floor: entrance to 13m2 fitted kitchen with dining area (fridge-freezer, 4 induction hobs, pyrolysis oven, filter coffee maker); 18m2 living room with 2-person 140*190cm sofa bed, 120cm flat-screen TV, 2 armchairs and 2 chairs.
Second floor: first bedroom (11m2) for Kids with 2 single beds (90*200cm), second bedroom (12m2) with 1 double bed (160*200cm), small bathroom with shower cubicle and washbasin, separate toilet. Not directly adjoining.
