Paragliding in Aspet (market on Wednesdays and Saturdays) and Arbas (France’s longest underground caving network) 6 km away. Salies-du-Salat (Thermal baths and golf) is 13 km away, as are the Garonne River (the Way of St. James, the ViaGarona hiking trail, and the Transgarona cycling route) and Saint-Gaudens. Lake Montréjeau (Swimming and Golf) and Saint-Girons (Ariège department) are a 40-minute drive away.
