Set in a huge park (to be shared with the owners and tenants of the small Holiday cottage) where you can stroll in peace and quiet, you'll be just 5km from the Sainte-Foy-de-Peyrolières Fishing Lake and Saint-Lys, where you'll find all the shops and services you need. This bright, well-equipped Holiday cottage also features a private terrace and garden. The interior has been designed by the owners, with an original living room featuring a bar separating the lounge from the kitchen.
The Semi-detached house is adjacent to the former forge where Monique's family used to prepare their trotting horses. This property was in fact divided between the main house, the winery, the forge and an annexed farm, and extended over more than 70 hectares. It has been in the Levrat family for over 70 years.

Ideally located, you'll be 30km west of the historic center of Toulouse and 17km from the Base de loisirs de l'Isle-Jourdain in the Gers (swimming, wake-boarding...). Muret, with its Bonnets Swimming Lake, and the Aqualudia Water Park are 20km away. The Zoo African Safari is 10km away. The Base de loisirs de la Ramée (Swimming lake and Golf) is 20km away.

First floor: spacious living room (fireplace and 1 x 90cm bed) with open-plan kitchen opening onto a terrace. First floor: mezzanine, 2 bedrooms (2 single beds 90cm) (2 single beds 90cm), bathroom, WC.
Electric heating. Parking, fiber-optic internet access.

Minimum 14-night booking. Arrivals/Departures on weekdays between 8:30 and 9am and from 5pm in the evening. 10% discount for 21 consecutive nights or more. Other Holiday cottage for 3 people on site.
Please note that, depending on weather conditions, the grass in the park may be high. A gardener may have to cut this grass during your stay, you will be warned.
