Set in a huge park (to be shared with the owners and tenants of the small gîte) where you can stroll in peace and quiet, you'll be located 5km from the Sainte-Foy-de-Peyrolières fishing lake and Saint-Lys, where you'll find all shops and services. This bright, well-equipped gîte also features a private terrace and garden. The interior has been designed by the owners, with an original living room featuring a bar separating the lounge area from the kitchen.
The house adjoins the former forge where Monique's family used to prepare their trotting horses. This property was in fact divided between the main house, the winery, the forge and an annex farm, and extended over more than 70 hectares. It has been in the Levrat family for over 70 years.

Ideally located, you'll be 30km west of the historic center of Toulouse and 17km from the Isle-Jourdain leisure park in the Gers (swimming, wake-boarding...). Muret, with its Bonnets swimming lake, and the Aqualudia water park are 20km away. Zoo African Safari is 10km away. La Ramée leisure center (swimming lake and golf course) is 20km away.

First floor: spacious living room (fireplace and 1 x 90cm bed) with open-plan kitchen opening onto a terrace. First floor: mezzanine, 2 bedrooms (2 single beds 90cm) (2 single beds 90cm), bathroom, WC.

Minimum 14-night booking. Arrivals/Departures on weekdays between 8:30 and 9am and from 5pm in the evening. 10% discount for 21 consecutive nights or more. Other gîte for 3 people on site.
