The gîte's location offers unforgettable walks, along the Canal du Midi (Unesco World Heritage site) 9km away, and at the start of the Montagne Noire, in Saint-Félix-Lauragais (land of Pastel) 13km away, and Revel-Lac-Saint-Ferréol (Cité d'Art and swimming lake) 24km away. Toulouse, Albi and Carassonne are less than an hour away.

Gîte on 2 levels of 70m2 :

- First floor: entrance hall, 2 bedrooms (2 single beds 90cm bunk beds) (1 double bed 140cm), shower room, separate WC.

- Access to the first floor via a spiral staircase: kitchen (4 gas rings and microwave) and living room opening onto a large terrace via a sliding glass door, for total openness to the outside world.

Electric heating and reversible air-conditioning (living room). Public parking in the street. Village house close to the owners' home.
