L'Annexe Beaupuy

Recently renovated brick pavilion at the entrance to a beautiful 1830 property designed by Auguste Virebent, for green vacations just 15km from Toulouse!

L'Annexe Beaupuy is an old pavilion marking the entrance to a large, beautiful property on the road from Lavaur to Beaupuy. The manor house and park with its century-old trees are visible from the gîte, but are not accessible. The entrance gate opens onto a courtyard with parking for several vehicles. The Annexe is surrounded by a private terrace where you can eat outside on sunny days and enjoy the surroundings. Pets not allowed.

The owners would like to inform you that private access to the gîte via 11 route de Lavaur is not suitable for vehicles with low ground clearance and/or a particularly long wheelbase. In this case, entry via number 13 will be made possible on an exceptional basis and must be agreed in advance. The owners accept no responsibility for any damage to the vehicle resulting from failure to comply with this warning.

The village and its shops are only 1km away by car. Beaupuy can also be reached safely via a footpath. From there, a bus takes you to Toulouse and the A metro line (Gramont). The historic center of the Ville Rose is only 15km away. L'Annexe is the ideal place to discover Toulouse and the surrounding area, and enjoy both the countryside and the city.

Ground floor: entrance to the kitchen/dining room opening onto the living room, children's play area under the stairs, shower room and separate toilet distributed by a small corridor housing the laundry area. First floor: hallway opening onto 3 bedrooms (1 x 140cm double bed) (1 x 140cm double bed) (2 x 90cm single beds), separate WC. Reversible air-conditioning on ground floor, convector heaters upstairs. Wired and wireless Internet connection. No smoking.
