Ideally located, you're 8km from the Thésauque and Ganguise lakes, and 12km from the Canal du Midi (bike, boat and foot trips), but also in the heart of the Occitanie region, with Toulouse, Foix and Carcassonne less than 50mns away by car! This former farmhouse in the Lauragais region includes the owners' home and the two Alba Holiday cottages. Private terrace with garden furniture. The large, unfenced 2.5-hectare garden is shared by all. There is ample parking at the entrance to the property.

This large Holiday cottage is divided into two communicating cottages (inside in the dining rooms):

- L'Alba 1: features a large dining room and a living room equipped with an open kitchen. Under-stair laundry and WC with washbasin. Upstairs: three bedrooms (1 double bed 160cm) (2 twin beds 80cm) (2 twin beds 80cm), shower room, separate WC. Electric heating.

- L'Alba 2 PMR: this Holiday cottage is on two levels and has been specially adapted for access by people with reduced mobility. The ground floor comprises a large living room with open-plan kitchen, and an accessible bedroom (1 x 160cm double bed) with private shower room/WC. A staircase leads to a mezzanine with two further bedrooms (2 twin 80cm single beds) 2 twin 80cm single beds) and a second shower room/WC. Electric heating.
