A private parking space and terrace in the heart of Toulouse, a real bargain! The comfort and calm of the City is what you'll find in this magnificent single-storey apartment, just 2 steps from the Jean-Jaurés Metro station, in the historic center of the capital of the Occitanie region. In the main room, you'll notice an opening onto the exposed brickwork, beautifully decorated with a Daft Punk 33rpm. Antoine, the owner, offers you an authentic and original stay in the Pink City. You'll have access to an incredibly well-equipped kitchen, integrated into a charming and quiet main room (Bluetooth speaker). There's a single sofa bed in the living area. The separate bedroom has a TV, an open, private shower room and a separate toilet. What's more, reversible air conditioning is available in both rooms! A public bike rack is available in the courtyard, and parking is available via 29 rue Denfert Rochereau (pedestrian entrance at 9 rue Jacques Laffitte). Allées Jean-Jaures is 280m away, Victor Hugo Market 350m, Place du Capitole 900m, Saint-Sernin Basilica 800m, Canal du Midi and SNCF train station 600m, and the Garonne River 18 minutes on foot. The Cité de l'Espace, Toulouse-Blagnac airport, Aeroscopia museum and Halle des Machines are all accessible by public transport in less than 30 minutes. WITHOUT A CAR: Toulouse train station is 600 m away on foot.

Week-end à Toulouse

Gîte très agréable et bien situé pour découvrir la ville, petite cour au calme pratique pour garer son véhicule, très bon accueil d’Antoine. Nous avons passé un très bon week-end à Toulouse, un peu court, on reviendra !!

Excellent gîte

Si vous désirez passer un excellent séjour à Toulouse choisissez ce gîte. L'accueil est très courtois, le propreté irréprochable et l'équipement de qualité. Particulièrement bien situé, vous pourrez profiter, à pied ou à vélo, de toutes les commodités de la ville. Le gîte est situé à proximité de nombreux sites remarquables (je conseille le jardin japonais). La possibilité de garer son véhicule est un plus. Nous avons passé, mon épouse et moi un excellent séjour. Pour les personnes qui n'y sont pas habituées, faire attention à l'indiscipline des deux roues.

Schöne Wohnung Zentral gelegen

Von dieser Wohnung aus ist die Altstadt sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar, für weitere Ziele wie die andere Seite der Garonne ist die Metrostation Jean Jaurès nah. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, obwohl sie in einem lebendigen Viertel liegt. Der Flughafenbus und der kleine Altstadtbus kommen hier vorbei, der Bahnhof ist nicht weit.
Und die Wohnung ist gut und modern eingerichtet, wir waren 14 Tage sehr gern dort.

Lovely bed and breakfast

The apartment is near the train station and in a part of the city with lots of food options - especially Asian. It’s an easy walk to most of the city’s attractions which is very convenient. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Only downside is that the hot water seemed to run out quickly which left the last person in the cold. But overall very positive and we’d stay there again.

SÉJOUR TOULOUSAING

Très agréable location confortable, bien située par rapport au centre de Toulouse, à 2 pas du marché Victor Hugo, très calme dans une cours. Après un léger coup de speed à l’arrivée nous avons vite oublier cet épisode pour profiter pleinement de notre séjour dans de très bonnes conditions.
