"La Mouline" is a charming Holiday cottage set in the former water mill of the Secourieu estate, in the heart of the 12-hectare park of this magnificent property. Just a few yards away, the hunting lodge, listed as a Historic Monument, houses a lounge-library area above the stream, which completes the ensemble. A private Nordic bath takes place under the shady trees a few meters away. The 2-bedroom Holiday cottage has been designed to welcome couples and families all year round, in search of calm, nature and rejuvenation. Guests have the privilege of strolling through the historic grounds at their leisure. The Holiday cottage has independent access from the owners, who live in the main building (with no opposite access to the Holiday cottage, which is isolated in another part of the park). The owner can offer his guests a guided tour of the park, as well as an in-home massage service provided by a qualified professional. Cintegabelle is 6km away, Auterive less than 2km (all shops and services). Toulouse is 40km from Le Secourieu. The house is comfortable, well-equipped and decorated with care and refinement. Ground floor: living room (wood-burning stove), kitchenette, small laundry room, separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, each with private shower room (1 double bed 160x200cm, shower room/WC) (2 twin beds 90x200cm, shower room, separate WC). Wifi Internet access. Reversible air-conditioning.
