At the foot of the Mountain Noire, very close to the Saint-Ferréol Lake (400m) and its many activities (swimming, pedalos, canoeing, sailing, stand-up paddle, mountain bike hire and other leisure activities...), you can relax in this very bright house and enjoy its large private covered swimming pool (10mx4.60m) (open from May to October with a water temperature of approx. 24-30°C, covered with a shelter where you can stand all around). Large enclosed garden with trees, garage for one car, parking on the property, numerous games: table soccer, table tennis, basketball and billiards in the living room.

Privileged location between the major sites of the Occitanie region: Toulouse, Carcassonne, Castelnaudary, Albi, close to Revel, a bastide with a famous Market and the Canal du Midi. Equestrian center next to Saint-Ferréol campsite.

Access to the Holiday cottage via a staircase leading to a conservatory (air-conditioned) fitted out as a dining room, large living room with sitting area and open-plan fitted kitchen, opening onto a covered terrace on the garden level, separate WC, 3 bedrooms (2 single beds 90*200, can be twinned into 1 double bed 180*200cm, air-conditioned) (1 double bed 140*190cm and 1 single bed 90*190cm, air-conditioned) (1 double bed 140*190cm, air-conditioned), shower room with WC. Basement: laundry room, garage, games room. Oil-fired central heating.
A year-round rental (2 people), with separate entrance, is adjoining, on the first floor of the house, but does not have access to the garden or swimming pool.
