At the foot of the Montagne Noire, very close to the Saint-Ferréol lake (400m) and its many activities (swimming, pedal boats ...), you can relax in this very bright house and take advantage of its large indoor swimming pool (open from May to October with a water temperature of between 24 and 30 ° C, covered with a shelter where you can circulate standing all around). Large enclosed garden, garage for one car, parking on the property, many games: table football, table tennis, basketball hoop and billiards in the living room. Privileged location between the major sites of the Occitanie region: Toulouse, Carcassonne, Castelnaudary, Albi, near Revel, country house with a renowned market and the Canal du Midi.

Access to the gîte by a staircase leading to a veranda fitted out as a dining room, large living room with a lounge area with a billiard table and an open fitted kitchen opening onto a covered terrace on the ground floor, separate WC, 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 180cm) (1 double bed 140cm) (1 double bed 140cm), bathroom with WC. In the basement: laundry room, garage, games. Oil central heating. Internet access and telephone. A year-round rental (2 people), with separate entrance, is terraced, on the ground floor of the house, but does not have access to the garden or the swimming pool.

The price includes: water, electricity, subscriptions, tea towels, towels and tablecloths.

The price does not include: rental of sheets: € 15 / bed, rental of bathroom linen: € 15 / person, heating (package): € 50 / week, optional end-of-stay cleaning (package) : 90 €.
