Large detached Holiday cottage 7km from a swimming pond and 20km from a swimming lake.
Perched on the heights of the village of Cambiac, the former miller's house welcomes you for a vacation of relaxation, discovery and good living! Here, you'll enjoy a vast, unenclosed garden and a south-facing terrace communicating with the living room, from which you can see the Pyrenees on a clear day. Just a few yards from the Holiday cottage, a magnificent windmill awaits restoration.
You're 7km from the Orme Blanc swimming lake in Caraman (restaurants, shops) and 20km from Revel-Lac-Saint-Ferréol (one of France's most beautiful detours, with a remarkable market and craftsmen).
First floor: entrance hall leads to WC, laundry room and hallway leading to kitchen, day rooms (living room with fireplace and dining room), 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140cm each) and bathroom. Attic floor. Staircase leads to games room/study. Shower room with separate WC, large attic bedroom comprising 2 areas: (1 x 90cm single bed) and (1 x 160cm double bed + 1 x 90cm single bed).
Please note village festival on August 1st weekend with fireworks on Sunday evening. Baby equipment available: bed, chair, bath and changing table.

Cayola Bel environnement
Très grand gîte. Un peu vieillot. Mériterait un petit coup de jeune.
Environnement très calme.
Attention, ce gîte comporte d'innombrables marches. J'ai plongé la tête la première contre la porte d'entrée faute de lumière extérieure fonctionnelle. Pas adapté à des personnes à mobilité réduite ou aux enfants en bas âge.Accueil très sympathique par Madame le Maire.

Merci pour votre retour. Je regrette que l'aménagement n'ait pas été à votre gout mais il correspond bien aux photos déposées sur le site et a été pensé dans le style de cette maison en pierres ancienne. ll n'est effectivement pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite mais nous y avons accueilli des familles avec jeunes enfants sans problème car il dispose aussi d'équipements adaptés et notamment de barrières pour les escaliers. Je prend bien sur en compte votre regrettable incident et nous allons agir de suite pour revoir la lumière extérieure de la porte d'entrée. Bien cordialement.

Molly Cadre bucolique
Beau gîte installé au pied du moulin dans un parc très bien entretenu. Cadre bucolique, calme et tranquillité assurés, nous avons tous été charmés par ce lieu.

Aralma Séjour très agréable
Très agréable séjour. Grand gîte au cœur du village mais très calme, jardin paysager très agréable et sans nuisances, idéal pour une famille avec enfants. Gîte communal avec beaucoup de cachet mais une décoration vieillotte qui mériterait d'être modernisée (plus facile à dire qu'à faire). Un regret concernant le manque d'entretien et la propreté (ménage réalisé par une entreprise qui n'est pas à la hauteur des attentes). Si le jardin était clôturé, ce serait un plus pour l'accueil de jeunes enfants et d'animaux. Cela permettrait de les laisser à l'extérieur sans surveillance permanente et amènerait sans doute plus de location. Propriétaire à l'écoute et preneuse des retours d'information. J'y retournerait avec plaisir.
