Family-run Bed and breakfast with 2 double rooms, beds 160x200 and 140x200, located 30km south of the historic center of Toulouse, with spa, swimming pool and pétanque court!

To get your day off to a good start, an exquisite breakfast awaits you in the dining room, or outside facing the Piscine if the weather permits, prepared by our hostess Léontina. Enjoy an assortment of hot drinks, freshly squeezed orange juice, freshly baked pastries, breads, homemade jams, fresh eggs, cold cuts and cheese, among other delights.

Outside, you can park your car in the secure courtyard, enjoy the small terrace at the entrance to the house and relax in our large enclosed garden with swimming pool (shared with the owners and 2 other Holiday cottages), a lounge and a petanque court. As a bonus, our high-quality Spa, located in a separate room, will allow you to fully relax after a busy day, at an additional cost.
Also discover our charming resident animals in the garden: dog, cats, chickens, geese, dwarf rabbits, adding a picturesque touch to your stay. Here you'll find a friendly atmosphere ideal for your vacation, with plenty of activities in the surrounding area: Fishing in the Lèze river 5mns away on foot, canoeing/kayaking in the Ariège river 4km away, Hiking in the Eaunes Forest 5km away, horse riding at the Beaumont-sur-Lèze equestrian center 4km away. You're also in the heart of the South-West to visit historic sites: the village of Rieux-Volvestre is 30mns away by car, the Mas d'Azil cave, the Labouiche underground river, Foix, Carcassonne and Andorra are less than 1 hour away!
