Welcome to the Maison des 3 Chouettes! Perfectly renovated house in the Comminge region, peaceful vacations by the immersed solid wood Piscine. Enjoy bike rides through the rolling Pyrenees, or a game of ping-pong or pétanque. Carole, the owner, has given this place a new lease of life, and offers you a neat, modern decor that respects the heritage left behind (exposed beams and stonework). A touch of eco-responsibility can also be felt in this house, as the water is heated thermodynamically and the wastewater is treated naturally using hazelnut shells.

The Garonne River is 6km away (fishing and biking), Saint-Martory is 10km (remarkable market, restaurants and shops), Saint-Gaudens is 15km (cinema, tourist office, train station...) as is Aurignac (Musée de l'Aurignacien), Salies-du-Salat is 20km (Thermal baths and Casino). You're also less than 30mns by car from : Montréjeau (Swimming Lake and Golf), the Cardeilhac Arboretum Forest, the Gallo-Roman village of Montmaurin, the Save Gorges (Swimming), Aspet (Speleology) and Saint-Girons (Ariège department). Toulouse and Spain are less than 1 hour away.

Holiday cottage on 2 levels, 4 bedrooms - 8/9 beds :
- First floor: entrance, "Normandie" bedroom, living room, laundry room, separate toilet, dining room and fully-equipped kitchen.
- On the second floor, to the right of the house, the "3 Chouettes" suite, equipped with air-conditioning, with the possibility of a 3rd 90x200 bed (supp 20€ per stay); and to the left of the house, the "Aquitaine" and "Pyrénées" bedrooms.
- Each room is equipped with 2 single beds (80*200cm), which can be twinned to form 1 double bed (160cm), a desk, a dressing room, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a private WC.
